Finley checks out Fenway

Well, not up close or anything--but we did venture down to Kenmore Square today to have lunch with a friend of mine from high school. Christy was in town to see the Phillies play the Sox and we met up with her at a local pub. Not surprisingly, such a fine establishment did not have a high chair so our plan of testing Finley's new sitting skills was foiled. No worries, Finley quickly occupied himself with the tasty menu. Thank goodness for plastic sheet protectors :)

After a nice lunch, we said goodbye to my friend and walked back to the car and saw this perfectly named restaurant across the street. We tried to get a good photo for a while, but there were police officers on motorcycles that monopolized Finley's attention. After they made a noisy departure we tried again, here's the best we could get :)

Dan's hoping that this sign is fate and Finley will become adventurous enough of an eater to enjoy such places. With my picky palate, I'm sure he could go either way...
