Lake House #3

One morning that wasn't quite beach worthy, we went to a nice playground in Charlottesville and after the kids played with us for a while, Grammy hopped aboard their "train."
Another day, we went bowling.
And as it is becoming tradition, the kids got to play with sparklers (under close watch, of course!) on July 4th.
This was Dagny's first year being big enough to hold her own.
 Even I couldn't resist lighting one :)
We also spotted some fireflies as the sun set and Dan showed off his camp-skill-set by catching some for the kids to see up close. See it here on his wrist?
My dad also set off a firework right near the water for us to watch.
We also go to enjoy an awesome 4th of July parade at the end of their block and smores!
