Thank you, Henry's Grampy!

It's sure nice to have friends in high places, but maybe even nicer to have friends on the same plane who have highly skilled grandparents! A month or so ago, Finley's friend Henry kindly parted with his red walker wagon that was handcrafted by his grandfather (Grampy). Since Henry's a good 6+ months older than Finley, we have benefited from many of the "baby" toys that he's moved on from.

I recall watching Henry push his wagon around in person and on his blog months back, so this was particularly fun to see Finley following in his footsteps (literally). Finley LOVES pushing this wagon around and we spent a good part of our day off today helping him turn around so that he could go back and forth across the living room over and over. When he woke up a bit cranky from his afternoon nap, all we had to do was point to the wagon and he was leaping from my arms to get his hands on it.

A shout out to Henry and his amazing Grampy!

  1. I had offered to replace the front wheels on the Red Wagon with swivel casters in the hope that Henry would learn to steer. The same offer goes for Finley.
