Happy C of O!

Last week, we celebrated Dan's building project receiving its official C of O (certificate of occupancy) with a big, homemade cake! As soon as I put the cake on the table, Finley smiled and called out "HAPPY!!"

Getting to celebrate everyone's birthdays at daycare makes him an expert on such holidays and therefore cake=happy birthday. So we sang "Happy Birthday" to Dan's building at Harvard and then dove into the cake.

Finley finished the remainder of this very generous piece (minus most the frosting) on his own and while he did ask for more, he settled on washing down his delicious dessert with a big gulp of water.
